Step by step
Most providers collect identity at one of these five and mention it nowhere until you reach it. Here is each one, with what is asked and what is not.

The same table read the other way is the privacy policy: five records held, six categories never created. A promise to delete quickly survives nothing; a statement that the data was never created survives a court order.
Three reasons it holds
“We do not share your documents” and “we never asked for documents” are not the same sentence. The first is a policy that can change under pressure. The second is a fact about what exists.
Because it is the only version that survives an order
A host that collected your passport and promises not to share it is one order away from sharing it. A host that never collected it has nothing to produce, and that is a materially different position.
Because crypto removes the party who would have to check
Identity checks in hosting come from payment rails, not from hosting law. Card networks require a legal name; remove the card and the requirement leaves with it.
Because no Moldovan law obliges us to
There is no domestic requirement for a host to identify its customers, and no retention mandate to feed. Our short list is a choice we are free to keep making.
The honest part
Any provider selling total anonymity is selling something nobody can deliver. These four sit outside our reach entirely, and knowing them is worth more than the promise.
Your server’s IP address is public
It has to be — that is how the internet reaches it. It identifies the machine and the building, never you: the link between an address and an account exists only in our inventory, and reaching it needs an order from a Moldovan court.
Your exchange knows you
If you bought the coin somewhere that checked your identity, that place holds the link between you and the transaction. We never see it, and we cannot un-see it for you. Buying peer-to-peer or paying in Monero closes that gap; nothing we do can.
Your registrar knows you
A domain is a separate contract with a separate company under separate law, and it is very often the softest point in the whole arrangement. Anonymous hosting behind a domain registered in your name protects the strong link and leaves the weak one.
Your own machine leaks
Logging into a panel from a home connection puts that address in our 24-hour login record, like any other. Tor works end to end here and is not scored against you — but that is your choice to make, not something we can make for you.
