The machine is built, the address is routed, and the credentials go to the email you gave. Nothing else is asked before, during or after.

Every host claims to be fast. The figure only means something once you can see what it is made of — and once you know which end of it we measure from.

Dedicated servers and GPU machines take longer — ten to twenty-five minutes depending on the chassis, because hardware is racked, wired and burned in rather than cloned. Each product page states its own figure, and none of them says “instant”.
By omission
Each one exists at almost every other host, and each one is where an order stops being yours to complete. Which identity checks we skip, and the three we cannot.
No account before you order
The order creates the account. There is no signup form standing between you and a price.
No identity, no documents
No passport, no selfie, no phone number, no company registration. Not at signup, not at payment, not at cancellation.
No approval queue
Nothing waits for a human to look at it. There is no risk-scoring step and no “your order is under review” email.
No minimum term, no deposit
Cancel on day two and unused whole days come back pro rata, in the coin you paid with.
Before the first order
All four are answered in writing by support too, and a written answer from support binds us.
Open a ticketAny that reaches you. A forwarding alias or a disposable address is fine and common; we never verify it against anything, and we never send marketing to it. The only mail you will receive is invoices, the credentials, and the 30-day notice before a material policy change. Make sure it is one you will still read in a year, because it is the only route we have to reach you.
Yes, end to end — browse, order, pay and administer. Exit relays are not blocked, no CAPTCHA appears, and using one is not scored against your account, because there is no scoring. Panel logins leave an address and a timestamp for 24 hours like every other login, so a Tor login records a Tor address.
From the first boot. Point the panel at an ISO URL, or upload one, and the machine boots it with a console attached. Windows works with your own licence key. Nothing about a custom image changes the price, the support you get, or the speed of provisioning.
Ask. Half the dedicated configurations we run were somebody’s question first. Custom core counts, more disks, a /29 of addresses, a specific CPU stepping — all routine, and all quoted in writing before you commit to anything. What we will not do is quote a price and then discover a setup fee.
