Why Moldova

A complaint here is a letter.
In Brussels or Washington, it is a deadline.

A foreign order has no direct force here. It has to travel through a mutual legal assistance request and be granted by a Moldovan court — slow, public, and essentially never pursued over a copyright claim.

Not in the EU. Not in the EEA.

The Copyright Directive and the DSA bind hosts established in the Union. Ours is not.

No takedown statute. At all.

The DMCA is US law. Moldova enacted no equivalent — under Law No. 230/2022 a claim goes before a judge.

Not in Five, Nine or Fourteen Eyes.

No intelligence-sharing pact. Nothing is routed to a partner service, because there is no arrangement.

No data-retention mandate.

No law obliges a host here to keep logs at all. We keep 24 hours because we chose to.

The facility

We own the racks — not a panel on somebody else’s machine

A provider with nine flags on a map is renting eight of them. We bought one building’s worth of hardware, and put the company in the same country as it.

Hardware we own

Not a reseller panel on somebody else’s machine. Racks, servers and switches bought and installed by us.

Two transit carriers

20 Gbps blended, BGP-balanced, with a third on order. A single upstream is a single point of persuasion as much as a single point of failure.

Carrier-neutral site

Chișinău, N+1 power with diesel backup, N+1 cooling, biometric access, 24/7 on-site staff.

2 Tbps of scrubbing

Layer 3/4 filtering upstream of the port, on by default, at no charge.

And the company is domiciled here too. A permissive datacentre owned by a company incorporated somewhere strict stays permissive for exactly as long as that company chooses. Ours is one entity, in one country, under one law.

What we hold on you

As close to nothing as a business can operate on

Privacy is not a feature we enabled. It is the shape of the company: there is very little to hand over because we never collected it. See exactly what is asked at signup, step by step.

No identity, no documents

No passport, no selfie, no phone number, no company registration. An email address, and only so we can reach you.

No card, no name, no chargeback

Payment is crypto only. There is no processor in the middle holding a legal name attached to your server.

Logs that expire in 24 hours

Connection metadata rotates out after a day. We never inspect, index or retain what runs on your server.

Encrypted support end to end

Upload a PGP key in the panel and every reply is encrypted to it. Tickets are purged 90 days after closing.

Tor and VPN are welcome

Sign up, pay and manage over Tor. Exit relays and VPN endpoints are permitted workloads, not grounds for suspension.

A canary you can verify

Signed weekly with a published key, carrying a recent block hash so it cannot be pre-signed and reused.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask before ordering

If yours is not here, support answers in minutes — and will tell you plainly when the answer is no.

Open a ticket
Why only one country?

Because a location picker is mostly theatre. A provider with nine flags on a map is renting eight of them, usually in countries whose law is exactly what you were trying to leave — and the moment a complaint arrives in one of them, that server comes down. We picked the single jurisdiction where the legal position and the hardware are in the same place, bought the hardware, and put the company there too. One country you can verify beats nine you cannot.

Why Moldova specifically, and not the Seychelles or Belize?

Those are more permissive on paper and useless in practice: they have no meaningful hosting capacity, so “Seychelles hosting” almost always means a Seychelles shell company with servers sitting in Europe — under European law, which is the thing you were avoiding. Moldova is the only place where a genuinely permissive legal position coincides with real datacentre capacity, real transit, and 35 ms to Frankfurt.

Will latency from Western Europe be a problem?

No. Chișinău is one hop off the European backbone through Bucharest: 12 ms to Bucharest, 33 to Vienna, 35 to Frankfurt, 42 to Amsterdam, 48 to London. That is inside the range people happily accept between Paris and Frankfurt. The latency table on the home page is measured, not estimated, and the looking glass lets you check it yourself before ordering.

Do you really ignore DMCA notices?

We do not ignore them — ignoring mail is how a host loses its upstream. We log every notice, forward it to you in full within 24 hours, and take no action on your server. The content stays up, the machine stays on, and the decision about what to do next is yours. What we will not do is remove your files because someone sent an email.

What will actually get me terminated?

Two things, and they are not negotiable: child sexual abuse material, and material organising or inciting violence against people. Both are removed on sight and reported. Everything else — file hosting, streaming, adult content, scraping, VPN exits, Tor relays, forums, marketplaces of lawful goods — stays up.

Do you need my identity to sign up?

No. No passport, no selfie, no phone number, no billing address. An email address is the only field on the form, and it exists so we can send you the panel link and forward complaints. Use a throwaway if you prefer.

Can I pay with a card?

No, and that is deliberate. Card networks require a legal name, keep transaction records for years, and can reverse a payment months later at the request of a third party. Crypto has none of those properties. We accept Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, TRON and Solana.

How fast is a server actually online?

A VPS is provisioned in about 60 seconds after payment clears — call it two to three minutes end to end with Monero, a little more with Bitcoin if you wait for a confirmation. Bare metal comes out of a pre-racked pool: about ten minutes for a Ryzen, fifteen for an EPYC, Xeon or GPU node, and up to ninety for a storage chassis whose array has to initialise. Every plan on the pricing table carries its own figure.

What happens if law enforcement contacts you?

A valid order from a Moldovan court gets a lawful response — we are not going to pretend otherwise. An order from anywhere else has no direct force: it has to travel through a mutual legal assistance request and be granted here first, which is slow, public, and essentially never pursued over a copyright claim. What matters either way is what there is to hand over: no identity documents, no card, no billing name, and connection metadata that expired 24 hours ago. We publish the counts in the transparency report and maintain a signed warrant canary.

Is the hardware shared or oversold?

Shared, like every VPS, but not oversold. We cap allocation at four vCPU per physical core and keep NVMe under 70% provisioned, and we publish those numbers so you can hold us to them. If you want zero neighbours, take a dedicated server.

Can I mount my own ISO?

Yes, on both VPS and dedicated. Upload an image or point us at a URL, mount it, and watch the install over the out-of-band console. Twenty prepared distributions are also one click away if you would rather not.

Do you offer refunds?

Seventy-two hours on a first VPS order, no questions asked, refunded in the coin you paid with at the rate we received. Dedicated servers are non-refundable once racked — ask for a trial instead, we grant them routinely.

What about DDoS attacks?

Layer 3/4 filtering is on by default in front of every port, with about 2 Tbps of scrubbing capacity. There is no premium tier, no per-IP charge and nothing to enable. Sustained application-layer attacks we handle case by case with you rather than null-routing you.

Can I move an existing server to you?

Yes. Take the disk image you already have, or let support run the migration — rsync for live systems, block copy for offline ones. There is no fee, and we will keep the old machine reachable until you have cut over.

Do you log what I run?

No. We hold connection metadata for 24 hours to fight abuse of our own network, and nothing about the contents of your disk, your traffic or your processes. We do not run traffic inspection, and this website itself carries no analytics, no tracker and no third-party script.

Ready when you are

Pick a jurisdiction. Pay in crypto. Hold root in a minute.

No account needed to see every price. No identity needed to order. $20 a month gets you a server that nobody can talk us into switching off.

  • 72-hour refund on a first order
  • Free migration from your current host
  • No setup fee, no minimum term
