Crypto payment worries people because it cannot be undone. Here is exactly which mistakes we can fix, which we cannot, and how long each takes — including the one where the honest answer is that the money is gone.
You sent on the wrong network

The most common and the most expensive. USDT exists on Tron and on Ethereum; the addresses look different and the funds do not cross. We hold no key on a chain we do not operate, so the funds cannot be brought back — not by us, not by support, not by the network. The payment page names the exact network above the address: read that line before every send.
You sent a round number
Send the remainder to the same address
Invoices end in odd decimals on purpose: those decimals are how the payment is matched to your order. Round the amount down and the order is only part paid — send $39 against an invoice for $39.87 and it sits at 99 per cent. Your payment page then shows exactly what is still owed, and you send that difference to the SAME address. Nothing is lost, and the order starts the moment the full amount has landed.
The invoice window expired
Credited at the arriving rate
Rates are held for 30 minutes. A payment arriving after that is credited at the rate when it lands, which can be above or below what you were quoted. If it is below, we do not chase you for the difference under $5 — that threshold exists so nobody gets a bill for eleven cents.
Accepted
Confirmations and typical arrival time per chain. No coin costs more than another, and none carries a surcharge.
Confirmation counts are the chain’s, not ours — we do not add a margin on top “for safety”, because that margin is only ever paid in your waiting time. A server is provisioned the moment the required confirmations land.
And no card, ever
Crypto-only is a constraint as well as a feature, and the fourth item below is the one that costs you rather than us.
No legal name in the middle
A card network requires one, keeps transaction records for years, and can be asked for both. There is no version of card payment that leaves your account unattached to an identity, so we do not offer one rather than offering it and explaining the caveat.
No chargeback, in both directions
You cannot reverse a payment months later, and neither can anyone acting in your name. That symmetry is why no deposit, no identity check and no minimum term are needed anywhere on this site.
A refund goes back in the coin you paid
Pro rata for unused whole days, at the rate on the day of the refund. The rate can move against you between the two dates and we do not cover that difference — no provider quoting in crypto does, and the ones who imply otherwise are quietly quoting in dollars.
Monero is treated like everything else
Same price, no surcharge, no additional confirmation requirement beyond what the chain needs, and no extra question. It is listed first among the private options because a provider that accepts it grudgingly is telling you something.
Asked before every first order
If yours is not here, ask before sending. A question costs nothing; a transaction on the wrong chain can cost everything.
Open a ticketAbout twenty minutes the first time, and two minutes every time after. Any exchange will sell you the amount and let you withdraw it to the address on the invoice. If you buy on an exchange with an identity check, that identity is known to the exchange and not to us — which is worth understanding rather than glossing over, because it is the part of the chain we do not control.
Only what you overpaid or were credited. There is no wallet feature, no top-up you are encouraged to preload, and no expiring balance — three mechanisms that exist elsewhere to keep money with the provider rather than with you. Credit is applied to the next invoice automatically and returned in the coin you paid with if you leave.
Yes, at 20% off the monthly rate, and the price is fixed for the year. Cancel mid-term and unused whole days come back pro rata — an annual plan here is a discount, not a lock-in, and there is no exit fee at any point.
An amount, a coin, a date and the transaction on a public chain. Invoice records are kept five years because Moldovan accounting law requires it, and they carry no name because none was ever given. That is the complete list, and it is the same one published in the privacy policy — compare them.
